The Midway Foundation was established to formalize the long history of charitable giving by Midway Companies and to provide our associates with the opportunity to support charities of their choice through volunteer activities. While Midway Companies and our associates have always supported, both financially and in-kind, numerous charitable organizations, it was our desire to establish this Foundation to add structure to this giving program.

Midway Foundation is a private foundation. None of our activities involves lobbying. Annual distributions from Midway Foundation will be equal to approximately five (5%) percent of the fair market value of Midway Foundation's invested assets.
