HOUSTON, TX – September xx, 2014 – CITYCENTRE, Houston’s most successful, pedestrian-oriented mixed-use district, is again poised for substantial growth through a newly-expanded partnership with LaSalle Investment Management, a leading global real estate investment manager. On October 1, Midway, a privately owned, fully integrated real estate investment and development firm, will begin marketing – through Colvill Office Properties – the office component of a 6.41-acre extension that will increase the leasable size of CITYCENTRE by approximately fifty percent and push the district’s northern boundaries to Interstate 10. The initiative will encompass 740,000 square feet of office space developed to LEED Gold standards; a 285,000-square-foot, multi-family high-rise, 22,400 square feet of ground-floor restaurant/retail and a one-acre central green space.

Located immediately north of CITYCENTRE FIVE, a 15-story, 200,000-square-foot project under construction at 825 Town & Country Way, CITYCENTRE Towers 1 and 2 will provide direct frontage to the Interstate 10 access road at Town & Country Boulevard. The buildings will rise 16 stories and incorporate nine levels of parking plus fourth-floor roof terraces. Typical floor plates will average approximately 26,000 square feet, and space will be adaptable for shared-floor, single-floor or multi-floor configurations.
The 13-story, multi-family structure with 270 units will set a new standard for luxury rental residences in the area. One, two and three-bedroom floor plans will showcase an inviting, modern aesthetic with open spaces that take advantage of abundant natural light. Designer finishes, premium appliance and fixtures, integrated parking and a rooftop amenity deck with a swimming pool will be among the features.
Designed to anchor both the office and residential components, exceptional green spaces with two, signature water elements are envisioned to support corporate events, product launches plus customer appreciation and community initiatives. The park will create a distinctive environment and centerpiece for this section of CITYCENTRE and will be ringed by street-front retail venues and restaurants with expansive patios, which have become a hallmark for the district.
