Kingwood, Texas (July 28, 2014) – Kings Harbor welcomes two exciting new offerings to its waterfront community, Dirt Road Divas Boutique and Hometrust Mortgage Company. The addition of these two new tenants will complement the impressive line-up of businesses at Kings Harbor, resulting in the mixed-use destination being fully occupied and 100% leased.
Local boutique, Dirt Road Divas, will relocate to Kings Harbor from its original Royal Colonnade shopping center location in Kingwood. Opened in 2009, the locally owned boutique features women’s clothing and unique gifts with a southern flair. Shoppers will find several well-known national brands such as Miss Me jeans, Big Buddha and BCBG, as well as many regional and local brands. The store will offer a wide selection of clothing pieces from fun tees and western shirts, to evening cocktail dresses. Gift items include Texas inspired home décor, handcrafted jewelry, artisan candles and more. Dirt Road Divas will occupy 1,121 SF of retail space along the interior of the project next to Pretty Little Things, and is anticipated to open in Fall 2014.
“We realized that if we were to move, our customers would expect nothing less than a top notch retail center,” said Owner Jodie Robinson. “When the Kings Harbor location became available to us, we knew that this would be the ideal place for Dirt Road Divas. With Kings Harbor’s central location in Kingwood on beautiful Lake Houston combined with our personal favorite restaurants and shops, we had to make the move.”
