Midway Unveils Details of Luxury Mixed-Use Project Memorial Green

Midway has announced plans to develop Memorial Green – a 14.35-acre mixed-use community nestled within the distinguished neighborhood of Memorial on the west side of Houston.

Features to the project include 57 of the city’s most luxurious urban homes, gated community parks and a central green plaza, 47,000 square feet of Class-A office space, with additional space for ground-level boutique retail and restaurant establishments, and a six-story multifamily residential building that will house 250 flats. The end result will be a community wrapped in distinctive architecture, sleek finishes and luxurious amenities.

The addition of Memorial Green comes at a time when demand for quality office and residential communities continues to grow in Houston, particularly areas along the city’s Energy Corridor. Memorial Green will be located at 12601 Memorial Drive, across from Lantern Lane Shopping Center.

These two and three-story homes will range in pricing from $1-2M+ and include features such as premium finishes, generous living spaces, smart home technology, high-energy efficiency, extensive green space and a lock-and-leave lifestyle.
