City Centre is an award-winning, mixed-use development and a dynamic walkable district and community gathering place with a mix of live, work, shop, dine and play in Houston.

DEVELOPMENT OVERVIEW

Our award-winning, mixed-use development has served as a truly walkable urban district in Houston and has been lauded as one of the nation’s most successful live-work-play districts. Dynamic CITYCENTRE celebrated its first decade by attracting the most desirable tenants and partners, including Houston's first technology hub for Amazon Web Services, and cutting-edge retailers Warby Parker and Life Time Work. These innovative features and creative design have encouraged a sense of connection and inspired a vibrant, thriving community gathering space.

WHAT'S NEXT?

CITYCENTRE Six: Reimagining how communities connect
with each other

Moving into 2020, we’re continuing to push the envelope in design and usability to reimagine how West Houston connects to each other and the world.

The newest state-of-the-art Midway development, CITYCENTRE Six, will blend office, retail and dining spaces with an urban plaza. Flanked by Marathon Oil’s world-class corporate headquarters and a sleek new roundabout, the district greets its next decade with an impressively updated northern gateway.

If you want to see Midways’ impact, show up at CITYCENTRE on a Saturday. You’ll see families gathered together, see people going to and from work and then heading to work out afterwards followed by a dinner with family or co-workers. It’s a true gathering place.”
