As Director, Marketing, Courtney Ray directs the implementation of creative communications and marketing strategies and initiatives for projects within the Midway portfolio in various stages of acquisition, development and operations. Courtney also oversees creation and implementation of corporate brand and marketing services. Courtney is responsible for brand stewardship, directing a team of account managers for the development and implementation of annual marketing programs, and managing marketing team resources to achieve value and productivity goals.
Prior to joining Midway, Courtney worked for a boutique photography studio where she managed client communications and marketing. Prior to that, Courtney served as Marketing Coordinator for AECOM and assisted with project and corporate marketing and communications.
Courtney graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Business Marketing. Courtney is a member of Urban Land Institute where she serves on the communications committee.
