OPERATIONS ENGINEER, PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Midway is seeking an Engineer, Property Management who will be responsible for learning all areas of the building facility management. This position performs start-up and shutdown operations, work order systems, and PM on all the items in the property to an extent as required. The Operations Engineer must assist in the management of budgets and coordinate purchases and expenses. The position schedule rotates from shifts periodically and requires after hours on call and the working of overtime.

PROPERTY MANAGER, OFFICE
Midway is seeking an Office Property Manager, who will be responsible for day to day office operations at CITYCENTRE. Primary functions include tenant and owner relations, budgeting and reporting, AR/AP, lease administration, property maintenance and operations, capital improvement programs and overall asset performance. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required with preference for a focus in Management, Finance or Economics. Real Estate License preferred. Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in management of a Class A Office building.
PROPERTY MANAGER, OFFICE / RETAIL
Midway is seeking a Property Manager who will report to the Senior Manager and will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the mixed-use development as well as management of the Property Associate and Assistant Manager. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required with preference for a focus in Management, Finance or Economics. Real Estate License preferred. Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in management of a Class A Office building.

A minimum 3 years in an administrative support role, with strong customer service orientation, verbal communication, email and telephone skills is required. A strong knowledge of general office concepts, practices and procedures as well as knowledge of all MS Office products is required. High School diploma required.
ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER, OFFICE / RETAIL
Midway is seeking an Assistant Property Manager who will be responsible for day to day operations at Kings Harbor. Primary functions include tenant relations, AR/AP, lease administration, property maintenance and operations, reporting, reconciliations, and budgeting. Will require regular visits to property and oversight of weekend and evening events. Real Estate License required (can be obtained in first six months.) Minimum of 2 years practical experience in commercial real estate related field. Excellent communication skills and advanced computer skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
