Houston-based Star Cinema Grill has announced the Grand Opening of it’s newest dine-in theater. The nine-screen, upper-level facility, serving as a centerpiece in College Station’s vibrant Century Square is ready to change the way BCS experiences movies. Constructed with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Texas A&M Campus that prominently showcase an upscale, modern décor, the location will open doors to foodies & moviegoers Friday, May 11, 2018 with tickets on sale now at starcinemagrill.net.
Among the many featured amenities are state-of-the-art, Sony 4K Laser Projectors and immersive 7.1 digital surround sound. This new projector technology provides vivid color and superior contrast ratio, making the theater one of the first to offer a presentation of this level. Comfort is promised as seating throughout each auditorium features 100% premium luxury recliners with push-button, table-side service. “This project has been in motion for almost three years.” says Jason Ostrow, Vice President, Development, Star Cinema Grill. “We are very excited to finally be able invite guests to experience this beautiful, first class facility. “Now we are on to building our next two locations in Katy and Spring, Texas.”
A generously stocked bar welcomes guests to the lobby where they may enjoy a craft cocktail, sip a glass of wine, or select from eighteen drafts that include a range of local craft beers, sangria, and margaritas on tap. The food menu features chef-inspired, contemporary fare such as crushed avocado crostini, roasted garlic hummus, certified Texas Angus beef burgers, and fresh-baked gourmet cookies.
“Our staff has been training for weeks in preparation for the Grand Opening.” says John Walsh, Vice President, Operations, Star Cinema Grill. “The team has great energy and will most certainly provide unmatched hospitality.” The location provides employment to over 120 members of the community.
The theater has a conveniently attached parking garage with validated parking for Star Cinema Grill guests.
